Fun and bonding go hand in hand in our Parent-tot classes! This engaging class is designed for toddlers aged 18 months to 3 1/2 years and their parents or caregivers. Together, you’ll explore the basics of gymnastics in a supportive and playful environment.
Recreational

Recreational class provides a fun and supportive environment for children aged 5 1/2 and up to explore their potential and build confidence in a non-competitive setting! These classes are level-based. Students need to master each skill set to move to the next level.
Strength Training

Our Strength Training class provides a rigorous yet enjoyable workout that helps students enhance their physical capabilities and gymnastics performance. Join us to challenge your limits, build strength, and achieve your goals in a supportive and dynamic environment!
Preschool

Preschool classes are the perfect introduction to the exciting world of gymnastics for children aged 3 to 5 years! This class is designed to build a foundation of physical skills and confidence through playful and age-appropriate activities.
Tumbling & Acro

Designed for kids aged 6 and up, this class focuses on developing dynamic floor skills and acrobatic techniques in a safe environment. This class benefits gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers, and anyone looking to learn how to flip!
Teen/Adult Open Workout

Teen/Adult Open Workout Gymnastics class is tailored for ages 13 and up! This flexible class offers a unique opportunity for teens and adults to explore gymnastics at their own pace, whether you’re a beginner looking to try something new or an experienced gymnast wanting to maintain your skills.
Class Policies
Class Attire & Preparation
A Leotard is highly encouraged for girls, however, a fitted full-length top with shorts and leggings is acceptable. Boys can wear athletic shorts and a tucked shirt. ALL loose-fitting tops MUST be tucked in. All attire should be athletic wear with no zippers, buttons, or snaps. Students may choose to wear socks or go barefoot. All jewelry aside from stud earrings must be removed before class and hair should be tied back.
Proration & Refunds
We Reserve the right to add, cancel, or combine classes based on enrollment. All classes and prices are subject to change. All RGC services are subject to annual industry standard price increases.
New registrations received after the 2nd week of the session are subject to a $5 late processing administrative fee.
Safety
Attendance & Make-ups
Attendance is recorded at the start of each class. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to schedule a make-up class. Make-ups are subject to class availability and are not guaranteed. If space permits, make-up classes must be completed within the current session, with a maximum of two make-ups allowed per student. Call or see the office to schedule a make-up.
Class Behavior
Students are expected to participate actively and listen respectfully during class. Disruptive behavior can pose safety risks not only to the individual student, but also to the entire class, affecting the instructor's ability to maintain control. Instructors reserve the right to remove a student from class if their behavior is problematic. If such behavior persists, the parent or guardian will be contacted and may be asked to assist in addressing the issue.
Safety is a top priority for us. To ensure a safe environment, students are not permitted in the gym outside of their scheduled class times. Please have your child wait in the locker room or by the office door until their class is called. For safety and insurance reasons, only students enrolled in the class are allowed in the gym during class times. Spectators are welcome to watch from the balcony or wait in the locker rooms. If your child has any medical or physical limitations, please inform the office. Physician’s permission may be required for participation.
